4.4 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. p8888 may apply a monthly administration fee to dormant accounts, as notified to the player via their registered email address. 10.3 You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that p8888 is not responsible for any losses you incur as a result of your gaming activity. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits p8888's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
11.1 Termination by Player. You may close your p8888 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules, and any remaining balance (subject to KYC verification and withdrawal conditions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
11.2 Termination by p8888. p8888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, p8888 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies in the applicable jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising under these Terms.
